One user is offline in teams and cannot send or recieve messages?

Please i need your help. 

I have a particular having this problem. 

One user is offline in teams and cannot send or receive messages. 

Does anyone have an idea how to resolve this issue.

Could be lots of thing but ruling out any connection problems should be nr1.
Is internet available?
Check internet connection
Log out/ back in
Login via browser?
Restart device
Check local firewalls
