One user cannot take control during a Team screen sharing session by every user in our organisation. Giving control or asking for control are both not working.

On the other hand we can take control of his screen when he is presenting: everything works.

Do you know what's going wrong for him?

Thanks,

@Jean-Philippe Charlets

Starting earlier this week we are also seeing this problem. At first we thought it was related to the 2004 windows update, but we are now seeing it on 1903, 1909, 2004 and even Mac OSX.
We are also getting errors when accessing the meeting policies within the teams admin centre which i think is related as that’s where you can enable/disable the remote control.

Solution
Might have a fix, once you are in the call and youve been given control, Click the chat menu so the call drops to a small window.
Then double click that and the control returns as normal.

@Joe_S_Hunter  Thanks much! The workaround does work.

Do we know when the permanent fix would be available?
