One side audio quality issue with Direct routing using Ribbon SBC through CUCM

We are facing an issue with crackling audio from Teams user to external(SIP trunk -->Cisco--> PTSN), audio from External to Team side is perfect. This issue is with all the users and no media transcoding is configured on Ribbon SBC and it uses the default. is there any specific setting that needs to be done on the Cisco side for transcoding the audio.

 

Any idea?
