Yes i uninstalled and reinstalled
i also uninstalled the entire office 2016 and reinstalled both office and teams, still the same

This has started happening on several of our HP laptops and desktops.
We get the same message if we try to open a web site in Chrome. We are also not able to get logged into Skype for Business. When trying to log into Skype for Business is says the server is not available.
It is not a problem on all of our computers though. But is seems like more and more are having this issue. I suspect it is related to some recent updates but I have not been able to track it down.

@andrewpholmesno we haven't solved this problem. What I can tell you though is that, in our case anyway, it is related to how we have conditional access configured.

@cannot display this sky.com webpage in chrome dev browser, returns ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED error as shown in attached image.
I can display in chrome OK
