We are not able to view some employee pictures, designations and contact numbers. Please let me know the fix for this.

First of all: if this information filled in Azure AD? If so: when did you fill it? I would suggest to open a support ticket to get help from Microsoft Engineers
Yes, what Juan said, if this is a new setup, or new employee's coming in, Teams caches data for awhile and it won't show up as well if you indeed updated Office 365 elsewhere as far as information and photos. Signing out of the desktop app and back in will usually force the updates. But you could also check on the web.
