Not able to download Teams recording

Hello, 

 

I have a user who is having this problem.

 

A user is getting the following error message: "This recording couldn't be uploaded and will expire in 14 days. Select the recording to download" The user is not able to download it still.

 

I have attached the error to this message.

This error message will appear when Teams cannot save the recording where it's supposed to be saved (OneDrive/SharePoint) so it's being stored directly in Azure Media Services for 21 days before deletion. It could be a license issue or something else, difficult to say. Try signing out and in again or reach out to the official Microsoft support if it's an important recording.

Yes i saw the recommended approach which you said i should try signing out and in again or reach out to the official Microsoft support if it's an important recording.

I was thinking the Azure Teams can help to download the teams recording from the Azure Media service
