No toaster pop notification on teams client when incoming call arrives. This issue is intermittent

Hi there,


Our product is a contact center solution and the agent runs teams client. Intermittently the teams client stops getting toaster pop for new incoming calls. These calls are shown in Missed call history.

We have produced this issue on 2021/1/22 between 1:30 and 3:00pm NZ time. Log files are attached.
