No tasks shown for team member even though tasks were assigned.

Hi everyone, 

Is this a known bug? This member has assigned tasks in Tasks by Planner and To Do but it does not show up in their charts. If its not a bug, how do we fix this.

Is it Samuel you are referring to? What if you unassign and re assign it?

Yes, it is Samuel I am referring to.

We have tried this to no avail. It did not work.
