Copper Contributor

Hi all,

my company will going to switch from SFB to Teams.
I've a few disadvantages i want to solve.

1. The Onlinestatus isn't shown in MS Teams (green, yellow and red dot in OL)
2. I can't call contacts directly out of outlook, with skype it works
3. Mediaplayer will not get muted by get a call

I already found this discussion and switched all defaults i found to Teams.

After restarting my Computer there was no change regarding calling out of outlook.

Hi,

1. For internal users you will see Teams status if you activate it in Teams, go to settings (click on your profile picture in Teams) and check the checkbox for "Register Teams as the chat app for Office".

2. You can call users from Outlook. Hold your mouse over the name and you should see the contact card, click (...) and then call user@contoso.com.

3. There are a couple of user voice requests for this:
