No more background blur

Hi,

 

I just bought a Logitech Brio 4k webcam. At first tested on my laptop everything seems great.


Now plugged in to my workstation I had during one meeting the possibility to blur my background but now the option is gone :(

 

I tried to log out and in of Teams, reinstalled Teams, removed and reinstalled the driver, uninstalled every logitech software to use the native logitech BRIO cam given by the W10 driver but nothing seems to work...

 

Do you have any clue how to fix this ?

Yes, it's back! On my old desktop PC. That's exactly what we were talking about and wanted.

@Trevor_Page Microsoft has updated the requirements. As of June 2021, the requirement for virtual background is now Windows 10 OR avx2 supported cpu. This is information from the link you attached in your best response post
