New Microsoft Teams profile photo going haywire!

Hi there,

After rolling out the new MS Teams in my organization, we have received multiple feedbacks from users that they are seeing incorrect profile photo tagged to the actual user that they are chatting with. We did searched online for any resolutions, but mostly are pointing us to clear the Teams cache. Even after clearing the cache, the issue re-occur for some of them.

Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated!

Lastly, is this a New MS Teams bug? If yes, can Microsoft please fix it??
