I've just downloaded microsoft teams for chat purposes within our organisation, and for some reason when we send and receive messages, it doesn't update in the left hand tab where "recent chats" are - it doesn't become bold when there is an unread message or even come up with the new message so you have to click through all of the chats to see if anyone has sent a message. Does anyone know why this is or how to fix it?
