Im trying to connect to my Teams account on my cellphone, but everytime it says "A problem has been encountered with the network, try again". I've contacted microsoft support (which has been soooo helpful -_-) and led me here. Everything works fine on computer but none at all on cellphone. Any fix? Thanks

@OlivierR Can you check if background data is allowed for the app under Settings --> Apps -- > Microsoft Teams -- > Data Usage? (path might differ)
