Hi,

Do you get this for one computer or all computers in one location?

First you can start with testing with Network Testing Companion, read more about it here:

https://www.lync.se/2019/09/network-testing-companion/

If your are using a proxy, bypass that for Teams traffic.

Firewall ports 80 and 443 and UDP ports 3478 through 3481 from the clients to the internet have to be open to get an good experience.

Thanks for your response !

I will check with the users and update you !

@Jackaravinth did you get to the bottom of this?

https://connectivity.office.com/ and
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/enterprise/office-365-network-mac-perf-onboarding-too... - looks like some better/future connectivity/testing tools as well (I'm getting errors from the network testing companion today).
We had this in our offices. For us it was our firewall blocking the ports. If you want to do some tests you can use the Skype for Business Network Assessment Tool which can help you see whats going on.
