Has anybody success to run the NetworkAssessmentTool.exe on any other countries than in US? At least when I'm running it the CVS separator is comma for columns but also for decimals.
Anybody have any insides to modify NetworkAssessmentTool.exe.config file to add own custom separator for the CSV file?
I'm able to change the regional settings for myself on my own wks, but when running this on end user's workstation with user's own credentials, I do not wish to mess their workstation. So modifying .config file would be much more appreciated.
