I am conducting a study with 30 participants over a possible 2 week window. We are giving them options of times available to sign up in half hour increments. Is there a way to set this up without doing individual meeting invites? A master meeting of sorts that when they click on it they will join, but not interrupt a session already in progress if they join early?

@Nesez Almost certainly you want to look at Microsoft Bookings, you can allow your participants to book slots in a calendar, each will be a separate Teams call created automatically.
