Need possibility to turn off receiving camera view

I'm often in a location where I use my mobile phone or modem to connect to the internet. The bandwidth is quite limited. I am able to speak over Teams with no issues, however when the meeting participants turn on their cameras their voices get breaking and basically I cannot understand what they are talking about.

I would love a feature in Teams to opt out receiving camera views. The Teams server would not send me the view from participants' cameras, only the voice, thus saving a lot of bandwidth. If other participants are on broadband connection they can still have their cameras turned on and see each other, but I wouldn't see them.
