Need help deleting work account attached to my email

I use the Teams app for android and suddenly I couldnt join any meetings I needed to, I tried launching the Teams App itself and it says my email has an extra work account besides my personal account and it says such work account was created by some company's IT division but then was locked.

How do I delete only the work account on my email? It's preventing me from joining meetings even with my personal account, please help.

Adding that I tried uninstalling the app, reinstalling it and logging in but even if I just use my personal account credentials it still says my work account is blocked and it locks me out of the app. 

How does microsoft allows someone else to mess with my Teams account like this?
