My teams account is in a loop.

My Teams account is not working.  It is in a loop and wants me to sign in or have my admin give me permission.  I am the admin.  It was working last week.  

Microsoft says this is my only support option.

Any help?

I would delete the cache and sign back in. Are you on Windows or Mac? https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/troubleshoot/teams-administration/clear-teams-cache
