When receiving calls on a call queue; the first person answers the call, subsequent users then try to answer the call. When then happens, teams calls the caller back. The call notification is around for several seconds after the call is originally answered, so the other users have no idea the call has been answered.
We are having call quality issues. And Teams Admin does not seem to record any call data for Call Queues.
On almost every call to our call queues about seven seconds into the call the call goes silent for several seconds and our operators cannot hear what the caller is saying, then after several seconds the sound returns and our operators have to ask the caller to repeat what was missed. This does not happen when receiving a direct call, only when using the call queues.
On several calls that come in, the call notification shows up twice stacked on top of each other. And when the operator chooses one of the call notifications to answer, teams does not acknowledge the user input and the call goes to voicemail.
