Multiple connectors stopped working beginning Augsut

How does one troubleshoot connecor messages that doesn't get delivered?

The reason I'm asking is that it seems multiple connectors stopped delivering messages in beginning of august. I checked web hook history on the 3rd party services (GitHub, BitBucket, Jira, etc. ) and they get an http 202 (accepted) so from their standpoint all's good.

I see that web hooks changed from https://outlook.office365.com to https://outlook.office.com so something has changed. Tried updating to the new urls but still no go and as I'm not getting any server errors I would assume the urls are valid.

We've experienced delays in message deliveries from connectors, but now been 2 weeks of silence from connectors.

Example response from Teams web hook

Solution

I would give this thread a read and make sure the changes to the admin controls for Connectors didn't result in all your Connectors suddenly being disabled.

Took a while before it started working. It started cominging high and low.

That's a real regression they published there, not super obvious :)
