multiple calling plans for one user

Copper Contributor

Hi,

is it possible to assign two calling plans to one user?

case: The user only requires domestic calling plan for 90% of all calls. The user very rarely requires international calls. So best plan would be domestic calling plan. But it would be great to assign the pay-as-you-go calling plan too, for international calls.

Would that be possible? If yes, would Microsoft charge only the international calls via the pay-as-you-go calling plan and the domestic calls via the domestic calling plan?

best regards

Dirk

@Dirkberlin you can't assign 2 calling plans for a user, if a user requires most of the time to make local calls than go with the domestic plan and when he wants to do international calls you can allow him to call from an auto attendant number with international calling plan.
