Hello,
I have a Microsoft Exchange Server 365 account from the Company I am working for. But I also created a new account with the same mail adress (cause I didn't know of the 365 account).
So now everytime I try to connect to my Microsoft Exchange 365 account it seem to use the other account without licences or Connections to our Microsoft Teams.
Is there any way to delete the old account or to reach out to the Microsoft support.

It is possible that a single, unique email address can be effectively used by 2 (or more) people - if an email address is a setup as an email or group alias.

@Michael1410 mine typically asks me if I'm using my "Microsoft" account or my "School/Work" account.
