I have the following setup.
Carrier base Domain: teams.abc.com
Carrier SBC FQDN: sbc01.teams.abc.com
Customer 1 subdomain : customer1.teams.abc.com
Both teams.abc.com and customer1.teams.abc.com are pointing to SBC Public IP.
The divert trunk works well without issue. But the option ping on carrier direct routing is showing issues.
I was using "teams.abc.com" as SBC address on carrier tenant.
If i change SBC address to sbc01.teams.abc.com, the divert trunk wont work as sbc01.teams.abc.com is not allow on customer tenant. But sbc01.teams.abc.com showing good status with both TLS and option ping up.
Also, users on carrier tenant can only make outbound calls using SBC sbc01.teams.abc.com not teams.abc.com.
