MTR as a recording device

Hi,

I have a Lenovo Thinksmart hub in one of our meeting rooms and had a query if we could use it as a recording device. We have many meetings which we would like recorded and know that if set up early enough we can add recording to the meeting options BUT if it was an impromptu meeting we cannot find an option for the MTR to turn on recording, is this possible?

Hi,

Can you please test the following feature as per the options?

Schedule the Meeting from Outlook > Go to Meeting Options > Record Automatically needs to be checked.

If you are configuring the meeting to be recorded automatically and the Meeting invite is sent to the MTR device the recordings will be recorded on the organizers account.
