MS TEAMS Set up

Help. This is becoming a real head ache!
I have purchased the MS 365 just to be able to use MS Teams for a nine day family event that happens once a year. (300 attendees for 90 minutes)"
I have gone through the steps, selected for work instead of for family and put my name in for the company. 
The MS Teams window opened up and had a little splash screen click here to set up MS Teams. 
I clicked on that and have been watch the little wait icon going in circles for the last 20 minutes!
How can this be fixed?

Hi,

So I guess you have downloaded the Teams client it is when starting the Teams application you see the wait icon? Have you tried to reinstall Teams application or cleared cache?

Clear the Microsoft Teams Client Cache (commsverse.blog)

Can you try to sign in to Teams using the web browser (https://teams.microsoft.com) and make sure that your account is up and running as it should.
