MS Teams Screenshare issue when using my ISP

Hi, 

I am having issue with MS teams. My friends  can see only black screen when I do screensharing.  But it was weird it works when I switch to mobile data connection. I tried to call my fibre ISP and could not figure out the issue as well.  I'm using ms teams application.  I wonder why I could not screenshare if I'm connected to my isp.

Hello my friend you are not alone in the past there were few other post for the same though some of the Tech experts including my self has provided some of the tips to clear data logs, cache files, or reinstall of the Teams but for some it works and for most it doesn't so some even tried change their ISP which works fine now...

Hi mate, thank you for your comment. I might consider it if my ISP wont be able to solve my issue.
This is great... hope this issues resolve as we can not do much here since when it comes to ISPs were have limited options....
