MS Teams Safety Issue

Copper Contributor

Hello,

i think i figured out an heavy teams safety issue.

We see an crazy effect on rental pc´s:

When a user click log out in teams desktop app. Latest version of 19.1.2021 you can use a guest link to an meeting to auto log in the user. There is no way to prevent for logging in the last user when you klick on the url.

Some on knows something about these effect?

The Problem is double heavy because we have to use on the desktop app guest log in also. But it is not possible at the moment because of these problem...

Hi, if you want assistance you need to provide technical details. Are they AAD registered? Not using any MDM tools? What exactly is the scenario? There are so many ways securing both Teams as an app and the device itself.

Devices in Azure AD can be managed using Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools like Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Group Policy (hybrid Azure AD join), Mobile Application Management (MAM) tools, or other third-party tools. CA and MFA goes without saying.

You can also use Windows Information Protection (WIP) policies with Windows 10 apps to protect apps without device enrollment.
