MS Teams Poll Does not appear for one student

Hi All,

Can't find much on this elsewhere, there is one student who gets these messages every time a teacher creates a poll, all teams permissions and the student's permissions are correct.

Any ideas?

Hi, as the permissions and settings are verified for this user but it still doesn't work I would probably start by checking if the behavior is occurring using Teams online. If the problem is appearing there as well try removing the user from the specific Team, wait some time and add the student again.

If it's not a problem online there's something with the desktop client, try signing out / signing in (top right corner), reinstall Teams or remove the Teams desktop cache.

Thanks for the response, was waiting for the teacher and student to test but as schools are back looks like this won't be used for a while, unfortunately.
