Ms teams meeting not letting me join

I'm having trouble with joining live sessions on MS teams which my teachers start for online school but I have no idea why but it wont let me join. it keeps saying to 'try again' why I do, but it still wont work

Try both the desktop and the web client! Also log out fully from the desktop client and log in and try again.

See if that helps in a first try
