MS Teams macOS desktop app webcam corrupt

MS Teams desktop app for macOS 12.5 (Monterey) corrupts webcam image filling half with green screen.  Webcam works fine with Webex and MS teams through browser.  I can open Photo Booth and image is fine but when I go to setting, devices to test camera, the photo booth image gets corrupt with the same green screen.  

1.5.00.22209-E This is version of MS Teams.  I was using gen release but just upgrades to gen release with preview to see if this resolved the issue.  Mac is 2018 so not on M1 chip as I have read other posts where there was issue with Teams desktop and M1 chip.
