MS teams Consult transfer - window is minimised or disappeared on C party

Hi,

I am making calls via Direct routing to MS teams and that user does the consult transfer to another teams user. Transferee's screen is minimised (windows) after transfer or sometimes disappeared (on mac) even if its still on call. 

 

This issue is intermittent and not reproduce-able on Web based or mobile teams apps.

 

Any help will be appreciated.

We're experiencing the same - any suggestions are welcomed! 

Same here, when we tranfer the call screen comes up but consult and transfer is used the call screen is minimised and there is no way to get it to show.
We are using version 1.4.00.22472 on a windows 10 machine.

Are you guys using any specific SBC, I am trying to understand if it's specific to SBC or Microsoft?
