MS Teams calling unable to transfer to a user created contact

Hi There,

 

I am recreating this thread because there seems to be no answer. It appears that user's cannot transfer to a created contact/Speed dial by name. I am having a hard time believing this is not a day one basic feature. Does anyone have some insight on this topic?

Since the community has not yet responded to your post, you might want to seek assistance with other resources that are focused on tech support:

As you see from this:

Allow Transfer of Calls to Contacts 

This feature has been on wish list already.

 

Unfortunately there has been not too many votes, so most likely Microsoft has not noticed that yet. But if you like, give your vote, and then we could only hope the best.
