MS Teams android app keeps refreshing in Work Profile - Android Enterprise !

We are missing to see the Smooth launching , loading process of MSTeams inside Work Profile (android enterprise) , Sometime after reboot or manytime when turn off , turn on the Work Profile and logging into the Teams app, it keeps on refreshing every second making it impossible to launch , work until the app is reopened after settling time . This is a recurring problem and sometimes it works smoothly, other times it doesn't. MSTeams is heavy application to handle inside Android Work Profile, Hung sometimes.

How to make MS Teams works smoother launching, working in Android Enterprise environment for BYOD Device.

#Teams team are you listening ? I still want to say this MSTEams App for Android or Android Enterprise is not so great working inside Work Profile ! But in iOS MSteams works fast and smart.. Always heavy Apps with multiple authentication inside restricted ground crashes... Who will listen to this ?
