MS Bookings

Hi

I work for a charity, Macmillan. We are trying out MS bookings on a small cohort of clients living with cancer, during the current lockdown period as we are providing virtual support via Teams. We would hope to also be able to use it when we re-open as usual.

The first issue we have encountered is that for group bookings, the sessions go into the Teams and outlook calendars , but then they inexplicably turn to 'cancelled' in both calendars. However, the session is still booked in MS bookings. We cant figure out why this is happening? Any help would be greatefully appreciated.
