Archived Trams are stored within the Teams infrastructure. I am not aware of any way to copy teams content without third party tools or potentially using the Microsoft Graph API. If it’s only files then those can be found in SharePoint Online. Alternatively, using the eDiscovery functionality you can look for content in specific teams and export this content but this might be in a less usable format depending on your requirements.
