Mobile Number doesnt appear in contact card

Hey everyone,


a few days ago a colleague got a mobile contract and i wanted to display the mobile number in teams.


I added the information in our ad and it synced to azure: 


that was roughly a week ago. But until today it wont show up in the teams contact card:




does anyone have any ideas what could cause that problem?

instead, please add number under Telefone. 



That field will be used once she gets her internal call number. So that would work for only about a week...

have you tried to go to > users > find the user - edit and re add the numbers?





I just tried in my environment that I have with Azure AD sync and it worked. It seems like this was added recently. Back year ago, it would show up only one number.
