Missing devices tab in settings on the desktop app

Hello,

I am currently trying to test my functionality in Microsoft teams and urgently need to do a test call to make sure everything is working as it should. But for some reason I do not have the devices tab in the settings so I cannot even change my input/output unless I am in a call.

Things I have tried:

Uninstall/Reinstalling the software.
Clearing Teams cache folder.
Restarting my PC.

Even googling my issue has not come up with any solutions. And yes as the title suggests this is the desktop app.
