Missing Calendar / meeting button in teams

I am missing the meeting / calendara button in teams, I have checked the policies and cannot find the problem

I was in the same situation and apparently your Exchange OnPrem needs to be in Hybrid mode for Teams to work correctly

After I configured my Exchange OnPrem for Hybrid with EXO, Teams started showing Calendar button

Is there any cost to run Exchange onprem in Hybrid Mode?

I have an M365 E3 subscription.
