I am working with Sapient India as an ETL tester and using teams since last year. From the past few months, I am noticing the strange behavior of the teams app. I am getting missed conversation notification on my outlook mailbox for historical chats that are already closed.
Technically no issues however sometimes it created confusion as did the person for whom I got the missed conversation notification actually pinged me.
Wanted to share and check if others also facing the same issue.
Attached a screenshot of the missed conversation notification. This chat happened in March and I got the missed conversation notification yesterday.
