Hello,
We are performing site bandwidth modeling in the Teams Network Planner. Since there is no upload capability 
we need to manually input 1000s of values. We would like to have a non-Teams Admin perform this task.
Can anyone tell me what is the minimum role required to add site details, create and run reports in the Teams Network Planner?
