Having trouble setting up my Microsoft Account and download the microsoft teams it will not let me use my current phone number it keeps saying it is taken and I have had that number for 30 years. Its my only phone number.
You probably already have a Microsoft account with it. If you've had hotmail / outlook account, then you have an account and that number is most likely tied to one of those, which you can also use to access Teams.
