This is an ongoing frustration for years. It appears the ONLY solution is to use VMWARE and set up multiple machines to deal with the problem that Microsoft can't fix.
Otherwise, the only solution that has worked is to uninstall Teams every time I have to switch between the multiple accounts I have with different clients and delete everything in the registry and AppData files.
If anybody has found a better solution................
