Hi,

I want to keep things simple and give only one link for a series of Teams events.

One calendar link to change to 'join the training room' with 9 separate dates/times given in the publicity.

I don't want 9 separate links - too confusing and bulks out the publicity too much.

Is there a capacity though for these events? Each is likely to attract up to 100 participants, but that's 900 altogether.

Also, will it affect the Teams chat - is there a limit to go on and off on 9 separate dates?

Thanks for any help,

Jan

I’d go for using short links with a subscription! That way you can have one link and then change the redirect url after each meeting. There’s several of them out there like bit.ly etc..
