Microsoft Teams (Web app) - No outgoing Audio

I am using Teams Web app and have strange issue. When I call or join meetings using teams (Web using Chrome / Edge), I enable the Webcam and Mic but my outgoing audio doesn't work. Others aren't able to hear me. I can hear them fine. Webcam works both ways fine - I can see others and others can see me. But others cannot hear me. I tried the laptop audio, using blue tooth head set, wired head set, 3.5mm audio head phones but always others aren't able to hear me.

 

I tried without logging into my account (Sync off), re-installed chrome & edge (after uninstalling with data), incognito/private modes, guest modes, even tried Brave browser but the result is always except my outgoing voice, everything works. I even disabled my McAfee firewall but no difference. Due to Covid-19, I am working from home and using personal device to logon hence Company IT support cannot support me as it is personal laptop. Microsoft agent advised me to post the query here. It is very difficult when working remotely and the voice calls using teams doesn't work.
