Our office previously had our employees record a personal greeting for their voicemails. We have now decided to use the Talk to Text options for voicemail in order to shorten and make our messages more uniform. Because our staff previously recorded their greetings those messages override the Talk to Text option and it does not seem to allow us to remove the recorded message. Not sure if I am missing something or we are just out of luck once the message is recorded (which is pretty looney tunes if that is the case.) Any help is apprecated.
