Microsoft Teams - Video Freezes in Power Point Live mode in Teams

Hello Support,,

 

Please i need your help on this. 

 

Videos in PowerPoint freeze during Teams meetings. The problem with videos didn’t work in the PowerPoint Live mode in Teams. During a communication session with top executives and around 370 people connected through Microsoft Teams, the videos in on the Teams client would freeze.
 
Note: We have already discarded network issues, internet bandwidth issues, and computer issues, but it still to review with Microsoft the Teams platform.
