there are some people in my organization who are using Skype for business, and others will use Microsoft Teams. my question is we have a custom management system, and we would like to get the status (Away, Busy, ... etc) of Skype for business and Microsoft Teams shown on our system. What kind of solution will be better for this situation? (1) Skype for business integrate with Microsoft Teams and then we just get the status of one of them? or (2) we need to custom WebAPI on the Azure then client application call this WebAPI? Which solution will become simple and easy. ?? or do you have any ideas on it?? (3) If we need to custom this feature, whether or not we need to access the Azure AD?? or others??
