I am hoping someone has the answer to my questions because it is really bugging me. Our Tenant settings have been checked by out technical team so they are correct. However staff are reporting that intermittently, some meeting attendees ( external to our organisation) are not able to see the meeting chat. It seems to be intermittent - they can attend one meeting and it is there and another meeting it is not. We do not allow 3rd party access within Teams so meeting attendees are either joining via browser or through their own organisations Teams account as a meeting guest.
Any ideas?

@Rob Ellis Thanks for your reply. I just checked and unfortunately the meetings are unique. No reoccurring sessions.
