Dear all,

 

both on desktop and web apps, I have an error message when I connect. I tried on Firefox, IE, Chrome...

 

error message : Code d’erreur : AADSTS50001: Resource 'https://api.spaces.skype.com' is disabled.

 

The admin is Microsoft itself since im contractor for them. Can't contact them.

This is an error code indicating that the ServicePrincipal corresponding to the service/application is not present in the tenant on which you are trying to login. There's nothing we ca do about it, only an admin for the corresponding organization can enable this.

What are the steps for the admin to take to enable?

After a lot of research around could find the issue. Let me take you through the steps.

 

Cause: It's because somehow the Login in to Teams (or any O365 apps) is disabled.

 

Steps:

  1. Open https://portal.azure.com with your O365 Tenant Admin account.
  2. Go to : Azure Active Directory
  3. Go to : Enterprise Applications (on the left side bar)
  4. Go to : Microsoft Teams - which will open a Slice for MS Teams settings
  5. Click: Properties
  6. Enable for users to sign-in? : YES

Done.

This steps can be done for other apps as well, in case its not an Enterprise app and a Microsoft Apps like Flow, Planner, etc. Please After step 3, Use the "Application Type" FILTER on top to select All Applications hit apply and keep loading the apps until you find the one you are looking for, rest all steps are same.

 

If it still doesn't solve, there may be issue with Licenses or other configurations, contact Microsoft Support.

i deleted the AZUREADSSOACC account and that was by me the error why SSO wont work with teams. After bringing back this computer object the problem was solved.

I have tried the same steps you mentioned, but seems it is not working out as expected.

 

Does it takes time to configure/enable teams for work account after performing these steps? please confirm.

@hardikchauhan Yes - it does take some time after the changes are made in portal.azure.com before the error will clear.

fun fact. in my edge browser i received the error. in the edge dev browser still installed it worked perfectly fine. So it seems browser related other than tenant related. 

From my mobile (android) i was also able to log in to the meeting. all with 2 private accounts gmail and live.com
